Welcome to Jigsaw Transport & Waste (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a dumpster rental, transport, or hauling service with us, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before using our services.

By renting a dumpster or hiring hauling/transport services from Jigsaw Transport & Waste, you agree to abide by these terms, as well as any additional rules provided in writing, invoices, or contracts.

• Standard dumpster rental periods are as stated at booking (e.g., 3 days for residential, 7 days for commercial, unless otherwise agreed).
   
• Additional rental days are subject to extra daily charges.
   
• Overweight loads exceeding the included tonnage will be billed at the posted per-ton rate.
   
• Travel fees may apply for service locations beyond our standard delivery area.
   

The following materials may not be placed in our dumpsters without prior written approval:

• Hazardous waste, oils, paints, chemicals, or liquids.
   
• Tires, batteries, or appliances containing refrigerants.
   
• Dirt, concrete, sod, or heavy debris (unless booked under the correct package).
   
• Mattresses, box springs, or oversized items without approval (extra charges apply).
   

If prohibited materials are discovered, additional fees will apply, and you may be responsible for fines or disposal costs charged by the landfill.

• Dumpsters are limited to posted weight allowances.
   
• Customer assumes responsibility for overweight loads, unsafe stacking, or exceeding sidewall capacity.
   
• Loads must be level and safe for transport. Overloaded dumpsters may be refused for pickup until corrected.
   

• Dumpsters are heavy equipment. While we take care to use driveway-safe practices, we are not responsible for damage to driveways, sidewalks, lawns, landscaping, or underground utilities.
   
• Customer is responsible for selecting the delivery location and ensuring sufficient clearance for delivery and pickup (including overhead wires, trees, gates, or vehicles).
   

• Full payment is required at booking unless otherwise arranged.
   
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, cash (with signed authorization form), or approved business accounts.
   
• Outstanding balances, including overweight or prohibited item fees, must be paid in full within 7 days. Unpaid balances may be sent to collections.
   

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before delivery for a refund (minus any processing fees).
   
• Same-day cancellations or failed delivery attempts may result in a service fee.
   
• Refunds for unused rental days are not provided.
   

You agree to:

• Provide clear delivery instructions and site access.
   
• Not move the dumpster once placed.
   
• Ensure that no prohibited items are placed inside.
   
• Allow safe access for pickup on the scheduled date.
   

Jigsaw Transport & Waste is not responsible for:

• Injuries or accidents involving the dumpster while in your possession.
   
• Damage caused by overweight or improperly loaded dumpsters.
   
• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or landfill closures.
   

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate rental agreements, or remove dumpsters at any time if you violate these terms or engage in unsafe or illegal activity.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts within Bernalillo County, NM.
