⏱️ Wait Time & Load Assistance Policy**
If you need an extra set of hands — just let us know at booking time.
Every haul includes up to 30 minutes of on-site time for loading or unloading — but driver assistance is not included unless arranged in advance.
🛑 We Do Not Load or Unload Unless Paid Extra
- Our standard service is “driver only” — you or your crew are responsible for loading and unloading.
- If you need help lifting, carrying, or securing items, this must be requested ahead of time and is billed separately.
💪 Load/Unload Assistance (Add-On Service):
- $40 flat fee
- Covers light help loading or unloading at one location
- Must be pre-approved when booking
- Covers light help loading or unloading at one location
⌛ Wait Time Charges (After 30 Minutes):
- First 30 minutes FREE
- After that, $50/hour
(Billed in 15-minute increments – $12.50 per 15 min)
- Applies to delays, unprepared sites, or extended unload/load times
